Hello everyone,

Great to report that Willy (Highland Fling) sailed through the jog/vet check/trot up

Sandy had another good practice this morning.  His time for the team test on Friday is now confirmed at 3:04 in the afternoon UK time.  He will be the last of 19 riders in his grade...a nice draw.

We also had an opportunity to attend a presentation about the 2008 Paralympic Equestrian events in Hong Kong.  Looks like a wonderful set up.  It was confirmed that the riders will not go to Beijing for the opening ceremonies but they will very likely attend the closing ceremonies.  The equestrian events are finished 4-5 days ahead of the closing ceremonies.  Very exciting.

Now, back to Hartpury.  Heavy rain is expected Friday.  Grade Ia and III are under cover while grades Ib, II and IV are outside.  Sandy will be fine but let's hope the weather changes in everyone's favor!
