BERMUDA
INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE |
MISSION STATEMENT |
To assist riders of
the Bermuda Equestrian Federation (“BEF”), riding at a high level
internationally. |
To recommend to the
BEF, capability standards for major games. Such standards to be set
high enough to ensure the athletes representing Bermuda are capable
of participating fully at the required level, but at the same time,
making it realistically possible for them to be tested at such
levels to achieve the capability. |

SERVICE LEVEL SUMMARY |
The International
Committee assigns liaison officers to those riders who are currently
listed with the FEI and have an FEI number. These riders are also
required to be actively competing overseas at an internationally
recognized standard, which requires entry endorsement from the
Federation on a frequent basis. |
It is not our
mandate to liaise with those who are competing overseas at lower
levels not requiring FEI approvals. The Committee recognises that
there are sometimes exceptions and these will be determined on an
individual basis. |
