BEF MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION |
|
| Membership will consist of the following categories and the appropriate annual dues will be payable on or before 1st September each year and will last until 31st August of the following year. Members not renewing dues within 3 calendar months will automatically be removed from the membership list, and any member renewing after that time will be required to pay the initiation fee of $30.00. | |

1. SENIOR MEMBER - Dues $100.00 |
|
| Individual persons 19 years or over. | |
| a) one vote at General Meetings of the B.E.F. | |
| b) rider/driver registration | |
| c) B.E.F. Newsletter | |
|
|
|
| All members of a family residing at the same address, including dependants up to 19 years. | |
| a) two votes at General Meeting of the B.E.F. (provided both persons are 19 years or over) | |
| b) rider/drive registration | |
| c) B.E.F. Newsletter | |

3. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS - Dues $200.00 |
|
| Properly constituted organizations with equestrian interest. | |
| a) one vote by properly authorized persons | |
| b) representation at Executive Committee Meetings | |
|
4. JUNIOR COMPETITOR - Dues $50.00 - no initiation fee |
|
| a) no vote at any level of meeting | |
| b) rider/driver registration number | |
| c) allows participation in B.E.F. designated classes and shows | |
| d) B.E.F. Newsletter | |
|
|
|
|
All categories, except Junior Competitor, will pay
initiation fee. A membership application form must be submitted
and signed. Membership must be approved at a meeting of the B.E.F.
Executive. NB: Riders/drivers reaching the age of 19 during the current year must apply for full membership at the end of that year. No initiation fee will apply for Junior Competitors becoming Senior or Family Members. |

FEI RIDER REGISTRATION - $15.00 |
|
| All riders competing in FEI approved International overseas competitions are required to be registered annually with the FEI. The cost if $15.00 per annum | |
