QUALIFYING PAN AMERICAN GAMES 2007 |
|
THE QUALIFICATION PERIOD SHALL BEGIN JUNE 1, 2006 AND END
MAY 20, 2007. |

DRESSAGE |
|
(1) Qualifying classes must be ridden within the qualification
period |
|
|
|
(2) A rider/horse combination must submit three (3) scores as follows: |
|
a) Two
(2) scores from the Prix St. Georges, one score from 2006 and one
score from 2007 or both scores from 2007, plus |
|
b)
One (1) from Intermediaire 1 from 2007 |
|
c)
Each score must be obtained from a different competition |
|
d) A
minimum of one score must be from a CDI3* or higher competition |
|
|
|
(3) The three (3) scores must be achieved from a panel of three (3) or
more FEI judges. Each panel must be non-identical. Where the panel
consists of more than three FEI judges, the rider may select the
three best scores and submit them as an average score. |
|
|
|
(4) Each of the above three (3) scores must be 64% or better. |
|
|
|
In addition, we are asking for a score from 2007 from a panel of three
(3) or more FEI judges in the Intermediaire 1 Freestyle test as
proof that both horse and rider have competed at this level. This
will not be used as a selection score except in the event of more
than one potential competitor. |

EVENTING |
|
The
qualifying level is as follows: By finishing successfully a CCI3* or
CCIO3*. |

JUMPING |
|
The
competition of the PAN AM Games 2007 Jumping is as follows based on
heights according to the schedule: |

|
1st Day 1.45 max. |
|
2nd. Day 1.50 max, where 2 jumps must be
this height and 6 at least 1.40mts. |
|
3rd. Day first round - 1.50 Max. and
second round - 1.60 Max. |
|
|
|
It is
felt for safety of both horse and competitor that Bermuda require
their riders as a qualifier to achieve:
