BEF Event Calendar Submission Process
Event Calendar Submissions can be made via this form – one submission per event
Requests for Shows/Events in the 2024/2025 Season

- Preferred National Equestrian Centre Booking Dates for the 2024/2025 season should be submitted on or before June 30th, 2024
- Applicants must be current members or affiliates of the Bermuda Equestrian Federation
- Conflicting requests for booking dates (i.e. requests for the same dates) that cannot be resolved between the parties concerned, will be referred to the Chairperson of the National Equestrian Centre
- Booking requests for the National Equestrian Centre received after June 30th, 2024 will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis

Please note: The response time for BEF Event Calendar submissions is 5 – 7 working days.
Show Schedules & Entry Forms
Show Schedules must be submitted to the BEF Rules Committee for review and approval prior to being shared with the membership
Please email Show Schedules to eventsbef@gmail.com to request review
Turnaround Time: Please submit your Show Schedule to be reviewed by the BEF Rules Committee a minimum of 21 days prior to your scheduled show.
Your schedule will be reviewed within 7 business days of your submission.
Immigration Requests for Non-Bermudian Judges or Clinicians
Event Organizers are encouraged to identify the judge/clinician and to submit the below form as soon as possible to Elka Gibbs at elkagbef@gmail.com
Please ensure the form is complete in full.
Turnaround time: Approval can take up to 5 weeks.
